Shipping & Delivery Policy

1.⁠ ⁠Order Processing & Dispatch
• We are closed on all Mondays, so all orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Tuesday to Sunday, excluding public holidays.
• Once dispatched, you will receive your courier tracking details via email or WhatsApp.

2.⁠ ⁠Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Shipping Within Kerala
• Delivery within Kerala typically takes 1 to 3 working days from the date of dispatch.
• Deliveries to major towns may arrive earlier depending on the courier service route.

Shipping to Other Indian States
• Delivery to all other states across India usually takes 3 to 5 working days from the date of dispatch.
• Remote, rural, or limited-service locations may require additional transit time as determined by the courier partner.

Shipping Charges
• Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.
• If a parcel is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

3.⁠ ⁠International Shipping
• We ship worldwide through reliable courier partners such as DHL, FedEx, or Aramex.
• Delivery for international orders usually takes 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination country and local customs clearance.
• Custom duties, taxes, and import fees (if any) at the destination country must be paid by the customer.

4.⁠ ⁠Packaging & Transit Safety
• Every saree is carefully quality-checked, folded, and securely packed to preserve the fabric, zari, finish, and overall presentation.
• Once a parcel is handed over to the courier partner, delays caused by weather, courier issues, festival rush, or regional restrictions are beyond our control.

5.⁠ ⁠Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
• Please ensure that your shipping address and phone number are complete and accurate at the time of placing the order.
• Address changes can only be made before dispatch and cannot be guaranteed afterwards.
• If a shipment is returned due to incorrect details or unsuccessful delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will apply.

6.⁠ ⁠Return Shipping
• For returns approved due to damage or a verified issue, we will arrange or reimburse return shipping within India.
• For returns or exchanges requested for any other reason, the customer will bear the shipping charges.
